We carried out the demolition of the existing bungalow and carried out the construction of 3 new build 3 bedroom houses on the existing plot.
The homes were to a very high specification using sustainable and recycled materials in line with our Environmental policy.
The works were completed in a time frame of 16 weeks and came complete with our 10 year NHBC guarantee.

Upon inspection all the existing drains had callapsed and had the incorrect falls. Hi-Tech Property Services carried out a CCTV survey and produced a written report with Cad drawings and DVD explaining the problem in detail.
To remedy the problem a new drainage system was installed after excavation and removal of the existing.
The system is now fully operational and the works were completed in 2 weeks from commencement to completion.

Our client had poor access for disabled employees and visitors, this arrangement with different levels, ramps and hoists was installed to the latest building regulations and has given all users a cost effective solution to a very common problem.
We recently carried out renovation to this 150 year old building, which was experiencing extensive water ingress.
The work included full renovation of the external window frames, facias and French windows.
The roof ridge and hips also required full restoration, as did the chimney stacks, necessitating the erection of scaffolding.
All leaks have now been rectified and the client has piece of mind that all works come complete with a 15 Year Insurance backed gaurentee.

We were successful with winning the competitive tender for the replacement of the slate roof to this particular school.
